On Thursday, November 6th, the new Police Chief's Association of Will County (PCAWC) Executive Board was officially sworn in by Judge Art Smigielski. Chief John Arizzi of the Lockport Police Department took the oath of office as the new President of the PCAWC. Serving alongside him on the 2026 Executive Board are Vice President Chief Leanne Chelepis of the Frankfort Police Department, Secretary Commander Marc Reid of the Elwood Police Department, Treasurer Chief Brandon Campbell of the Joliet Junior College Police Department, and Sergeant-at-Arms Deputy Chief Tim Perry of the New Lenox Police Department. The association extends its sincere gratitude to Past President Robert Dykstra for his outstanding leadership and dedication throughout his term in 2025.
