The Police Chiefs Association of Will County would like to congratulate Phillip “Phil” Arnold on being sworn in on January 11, 2022, as the Chief of Police for the Shorewood Police Department. Chief Arnold has held multiple ranking positions in several police departments in Cook County and Will County during his law enforcement career. Most recently, Chief Arnold served the Wilmington Police Department for several years as the Chief of Police, before being hired by the Shorewood Police Department.
